Returns / Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please immediately contact One Sport through the "Contact Us" section of the website.  Refunds will not be issued for items not received by our returns department, we recommend you use a traceable ship method to insure successful delivery.

ATHLETIC APPAREL & SQUASH RACQUETS

Athletic Apparel

  • All athletic apparel has a 15 day return period.
  • Athletic apparel must be in new condition showing no signs of use in order to receive a full refund in the form of store credit only.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned merchandise.

New Racquets

  • All racquets must be in new condition showing no signs of use to receive a full refund in the form of store credit only.
  • Refunds will not be given for return of used racquets.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned merchandise.

Defective Racquets

  • All new racquets have a 90 day warranty against defects.  One Sport must be contacted by email and the racquet must be shipped (at customer's expense) to One Sport showing the defect in the racquet within the 90 day warranty period to be eligible for a replacement racquet.
  • If One Sport determines that the racquet is indeed defective, an exact replacement of the racquet purchased (including original strings) will be issued.  If exact racquet is no longer available a racquet of equal or greater value will be issued.
  • Properly evaluating a defective racquet can take up to 6 weeks.
  • Racquets that have been restrung, abused, run over or damaged from heat will not be replaced or considered defective.
  • If One Sport does not replace your squash racquet, you will receive an email with an explanation.
